In episode 104 we talk about finding that balance in our Capoeira journey especially the more advance you get, she mentioned a very important and powerful key, to seek inspiration, which includes supporting each other in the community by visiting classes, talking to your friends in class, travel, and very important, to stay patient with yourself because we are not perfect!!

Hey there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?
I am no longer certain where you are getting your information, but great topic. I must spend some time finding out much more or working out more. Thank you for wonderful info I was on the lookout for this information for my mission.
